Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work begins. The remaining 50% is payable upon final approval and before your website goes live.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital design and time investment, all payments made are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.
However, we do offer:
- Revisions as agreed in your package (e.g. 1 free round of edits)
- Open communication throughout the process to ensure you're happy with the result
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases before any work has started, and only at the discretion of PixelForge.
